What is the easiest way to make a banner for Folksy without a complicated graphics package? I am finally getting round to setting up a shop.

I just make all my banners in photoshop, so I wouldn't know how to go about doing it without that -sorry

There are websites out there that help you build banners - I dont know if they are any good, but if you google for "free banner builder" several come up.

I'm doing that too Di.  I thought it was about time!

I made mine in Publisher but if you don't have that you could do it in Powerpoint save it as a picture and then if necessary resize it to the right pixels in Picture Manager.

I do this all the time, and is quite use to work by mail, It wouldn't be any big issue for me.

I have done a banner of sorts - thanks for the advice. I have started listing a few things - takes a while- and I've sold my little stamped chrysanthemum earrings! might be a fluke.

Cool - and remember if you are only selling your own handmade items, you can link to your shop here and promote your sales. We are all for SRA promotion!
