I'd love to see your cane, Nan & the frog, too!!

I made a few pieces with my cane last night, and baked them - I will definitely try and increase the area of lighter clay next time, as the slices have baked quite dark, and the pattern is not so obvious. Not too bad though, I will post pics when they are sanded etc.

I will post some picture later Shirley, I have to go into work this week, but as the children are off it will be quiet and shouldn't get any interruptions.

This is mine, I used Premo colours and white, I am really pleased with it.

I cut three slices and indented them to make them more flower like, I am going to put them into a chain necklace

And don't laugh but here's fat frog. I am in awe of those who can make these frogs look so real, mine looks a bit deformed lol. It's o.k though he was only for me, he's not finished yet.

I made all of these at the country fair we were at yesterday

Lovely cane, Nan. I'm finding that the colours have bled together a bit on mine, as i didn't leave enough white in the pattern. The smaller reduced pieces, its hard to see the pattern at all, the larger pices are not too bad. I'll take some pics tomorrow.

Loving Mr Frog, like those toenails  :)

Thank you all, I made the necklace this morning and wore it to work, I am definitely making more of them as  a few people commented positively on it.
I think you're being too kind about Fat Frog lol, He is rather an odd shape, he is special  ;D

Sorry guys I didn't mean to post and run last night, I am supposed to be on holiday  but am having to work another week. I was already tired before we broke up and now I'm shattered. Still Jon and I are off to London to see 'The Jersey Boys' on Friday woohoo!

Yaaaay finally got chance to make one today so here's mine! I normally do different colours when following any instructions but I decided to stick with the colours you used.  :D I even mixed colours to make my own brown!!  :o
