Hi, all new to the site, i love Fimo and make animations. :)

Hey, my name is Ian from the U.K,

Enjoy making Fimo sculptures etc since Jan 2012. This is my passion, i then turned my characters into an Stop motion animation series.

The series is Called 'Zey The Mouse', mainly for youngster but adults enjoy watching them, then it became serious,
Zey has been on TV, in a magazine, Newspaper's on Radio stations and exhibitions, i upload my episode's to YouTube,
there is a nice fanbase on the internet.

I'm currently making episode 4 at the moment which is based in London, new hand made sets include Westminster tube station,
The house's of Parliament/Big Ben.

Hi, I've just watched 'A Trip to the Seaside ', well done with what is a painstaking method of animation. Loved your characters and sets, had a good giggle at the Fun House. Only one problem-no sound. I watched on iPad could that be the problem?

Hi, Beadbug, aww thanks glad you enjoyed zey and the episode, yes there is sound throughout, so i'm not sure what went wrong, maybe sound not loud enough on ipad?? or if you were surrounded by a lot of noise? prob best watch on PC or mobile

Hi Ian, I did turn up the volume and I even wiggled my headphone jack but no joy, perhaps I need to do the upgrade that my iPad keeps annoying me about! By the way, did I spot a nod to Team America: World Police at the start of the fun house sequence?

Hi Ian,it was when they were standing in front of the doors after entering the funhouse it just seemed that after 'rattling' the door handle the other character stared at the 'camera', just my imagination I think. I watched your cartoon again but this time I got the sound, probably just a blip the other night. That must be difficult to get the words and sound effects to synchronise with the visuals?

Hi, Beadbug, i'm glad you watched again and heard the sounds and voices this time!, oh yes zey mouse and dylan dog yes are at those 2 doors choosing which one to go into, but fernando fox is holding shut on the other side, with his back, so they pick the other door and go down the yellow slide, i loved filming that part where they ended up in the pit of balls. Fernando was looking about,lol yes i make sure i have enough of the face and scenes so the voices fit over!

I've never done anything like animation before, but I imagine it must be great fun doing so. Creating all the characters and props and then the story and filming etc

Hi, Emma, Yes is it very much fun, do you do any claying or anything creative?  Zey will be in my newspaper end of the week, regarding
the new episode that is currently being made

I'm a beadmaker, as are quite a few of us on the forum, so I make beads and jewellery from polymer clay plus ceramic clays and glass too.

That is great news that Zey is going to be famous - I bet he is so excited

ive just had a look at your website it's great i especially like the Troikaesque series, but all the beads ive seen are so eye catching ,
it's always nice to be in touch with others that are creative, i belong to many other forums also.

Yes Zey is quite famous, he has been for nearly 5 years Zey say's hi to you

I think many of us who are creative often spend a lot of time working on our projects alone, so forums are a wonderful way to relax with likeminded peeps

The nice thing about here though, is we have a great diversity of people, because polymer clay is such a diverse medium. So yes, lots of us beady people but some fantastic sculptors / modellers too and all sorts inbetween. So you get to see lots of different approaches to using clay and there is always someone to bounce ideas off
