It's March!

What wearables are you making as we come into Spring?

Some pendants I have made around the theme of Calla Lilies.  :)

Decorated bangles - probably going to be magnetised (close fit bangle, cut in half, small magnet ends)

Great work.

Love the first one particularly Alan.

And Joe, intriguing idea for a fastening :)

Thank you, Millie!  I was amazed, but pleased when a friend wanted to buy that one for a relative's birthday - so it was my first sale, really. :-)

A little pendant I made for Emma, our daughter.  It's a very simple cabachon.  I was going to add flowers or something to it, but it looked like opal  (faux opal was what I had been trying to achieve, as it happens) - so after much thought, I felt it was one of those pieces where 'less is more' and left it well alone.  I'm pleased I did.  There's something really beautiful about a plain, shining cabochon sometimes.  :)

Nice. Adds 'magnet clasps' to list of things to try. . . it's a long list unfortunately ;-) I like how you can conceal them craftily.

I bought some cheap bezels the other day to see what my tile beads look like in an actual bezel. I coloured and scuzzed them up a bit so they didn't look too obviously cheapo bought ones ;-) I am quite pleased with how they came out.
