Bunnies for Nurses
« on: March 21, 2015, 09:00:26 PM »
I recently spent 13 days in the hospital after an ER visit, the nurses at the hospital were so nice! They were angels. As a way to say thank you for nursing me back to health and for renewing my faith in humanity, I'm going to make about 30 bunny rabbits put them in a basket and mail it to the 4th floor of the ward, bunnies for all the nurses on the 4th floor! Here is the first few I've made, only 23 more to go after this!

this is the smallest of the bunch

this one i wanted to make a bunny that looked streamlined where the colors blended together alittle too

another angle

What a great idea!  They're so cute  :)

Hope your fantastic dragon/monster doesn't get his claws into them!

Those are adorable - although please move them out of the wway of that creature behind - I am sure he views them as lunch!

What a lovely idea to make those gifts for the nurses. I am sure they will be so touched. I love that you are making each one different too.

I hope that whatever had you in hospital so long is now passed and you're fighting fit again

I wanted to come back here and show you all the finished work before i send then off in a easter basket, i missed my target date of april 5th. So i made one additional rabbit, as a tip of the hat to being late^_^

oh and here's mister wolf, i told him to leave the rabbits alone

Glad to hear you're feeling better.  Your bunnies are all wonderful and Mr. Wolf is great too!
