Is it possible to use a little one, like we use in  the kitchen to  make "créme brulée"

Isn´t there a flame on that one? I wouldn´t use it.

The one I've used with gas was for art clay silver and that needs a lot of heat, so I supose on normal clay It will burn everything.

The type to use on polyclay is like a less "blowy" hairdryer - they are used in papercrafts for things like embossing powder for example.  You can use them on liquid clay, also to partially cure components  etc.
l think the cooks' blow torches would scorch the clay.

No don't use that type of torch for clay - you will burn the clay and cause all sorts of nasty fumes.

As Carrie says, the type you are looking for is a heat gun, sold for embossing. Sometimes called an embossing gun too.

Most general craft stores should have one, if they stock rubber stamping stuff
