I'm sorry to hear that Jan - keep up with the gentle movement and hopefully that and the chiro's work will have you back where you belong soon - claying!

Sorry to hear that Jan, you must be in a lot of pain and very fed up.
I really hope you will soon be mending.

Maybe you can do some claying standing up in the kitchen?  I remember how exhausting and dreadfully depressing it is when you can't sit down for  more than a moment.  Are you managing to get comfy in bed?
Fingers crossed for you, Jan  :-*

Visiting these therapists costs an arm and a leg...l've seen my osteopath three times now with a stubbornly painful foot  :-\

Your Right Carrie all that standing wears you out. I have muscles that are sore just from standing .
Luckily laying is not a problem.

Fingers Crossed, it seems that yesterdays visit to the Chiropractor most definitely helped. I ve got sore muscles from the stretching and adjustment . but the deep sickening pain seems greatly reduced. maybe clay tomorrow.

Thanks for all you concern.
Jan the bent man :o

I hope it's finally on the mend, Jan, but don't rush into doing too much - your muscles will be weakened and you'll need to treat the poor old body with care  :)
